Why do you ask for so much personal information when I try to place an order?
The security protection we have in place to prevent credit card fraud requires verification of billing information with your credit card. If the billing address does not match the one your bank has for the credit card, your order will not be authorized. A telephone number is required in case there are any issues with your order and we need to contact you. An email address allows us to send you an order confirmation when your order is placed as well as shipping confirmation and tracking numbers for your order. We will never give your personal information to a third party. Your credit card information is not stored on our system. You have complete control over what emails you receive and can unsubscribe to any of the services at any time.
Why can't I log in?
Have you registered? Seriously, you must register in order to log in. Your username has to be an email address. If you haven't registered, click here. If you forgot your password, click here. Remember, you password is case sensitive, that means that if you entered your password when you registered as "Tree" then "tree" won't work. Also, make sure your Caps Lock is off so that you aren't typing, let's say "tREE" when you think you are typing "Tree".
Why do I need to register at all?
You don't have to register, you may place orders without registering. If you register, you don't have to re enter all of you personal data each time you place an order. Many browsers will remember the data for you so it may not be necesary for you to register in order to avoid re entering you personal information each time you place an order. Registration is available for your convenience and you are welcome to shop here without registering.

The most likely reasons for this are: you entered an incorrect username or password. Are you sure you are using the same email address that you used when you first logged in? The passwords are case sensitive, that means that if your password was "Password" typing "password" will not work. Is your Caps Lock accidently turned on (that would make you type "PASSWORD" instead of "password" or "pASSWRD" instead of "Password")? If you can't figure it out try clicking here or calling 1-800-969-7228.

Our discussion board, while on our same server, is a separate application from our online store. For now registration on the discussion board is separate from your registration on our store. You may, if you'd like register on the discussion board using the same password as you do on the store, it is up to you, but you will need to register for the discussion board if you'd like to post messages even if you already registered as a wellnesstrader.com customer.

Until wellnesstrader.com users really start to use the discussion board, it will be mostly the realm of spammers. We are working hard to make it hard for spammers to post their "Ads" on our discussion board, if you have trouble posting legitimate questions on the board please let us know. We apologize in advance for any inappropriate content that you may find on the discussion board.
Why is your website so slow?
We are trying to improve the design of our website so that it is never slow. At this point we believe we have addressed all of the issues causing slowdowns when we have many users using the site at once. If you experience slowdowns, while the issue could be your computer or your ISP give us a call and let us know at 1-800-969-7228 and we will be able to investigate the problem. Of course when you call, if the site is responsive for us, then the problem is something to do with your internet connection or your computer since we too access our website over the internet since our server is not in the same state as our offices.
Why did you change your name to WellnessTrader.com?
We used to be called NaturalPharmacy.com because we felt that most ailments can be treated with chemicals that nature provides. So we called ourselves Natural Pharmacy because our vitamins and supplemts were provided by nature, a natural pharmacy. But, the state of Kentucky felt that with the word "Pharmacy" in our name, many would think that we were indeed a pharmacy and that we were over seen by a pharmacist. We are not a pharmacy and do not have a pharmacist so we legally changed our name to WellnessTrader.com because we were legally obligated to. However, we are currently actively seeking a pharmacist with whom to partner at which time we will once again be called NaturalPharmacy.com, stay tuned.
